first of all,
THE WEATHER IS CRAP THESE FEW DAYS!yesterday it was 14 degree celcius and today is 3 degree celcius!wth?

however despite the freezing state of dublin,my day was wonderful alhamdulillah=)

saturday started off with EnT and ophtalmology exam,followed by lunch berjemaah kat clonskeugh mosque and the best part was of course sesi membeli belah with dearest freinds.
what a day!

it's been quite a long time we didn't hang out like this.exams,pcp project,skills workshops....all of these have taken our time all together.since semalam(or perhaps yesterdays)mr jay dah sebok2 msg kat facebook asking us to make ourselves available after exam.not to let him down,we just followed whatever plans he had in mind.turned out,today mmg productive. . i ate a lot today.A LOT!starting from tandoori chicken with rice for lunch followed by mocha frappucino and kebab SPAR for dinner.eh,ada lagi,half cup of curly fries from mcD.hoho,what an achievement for me in terms of quantity of foods i stuffed in my tummy.no leftovers today,suma licin di ngap oleh saya.(nasi di clonskeugh adalah impossible untuk dihabiskan oleh saya dan kebab SPAR selalunya adalah meal saya untuk 2 kali).maybe this is what i called post-exam hunger where the amount of food eaten proportional to the difficulty of the exam.i rather not to talk about the exam as it was very very frustrating.igt kami nk amek postgrad exam ke hapa?dahla negative marking,minus 1/2 okay...klau salah 2 dah tolak i markah.grrrr......ok just ignore about the exam.

supposedly,we'll be watching awake and 27 dresses tonight but due to some technical problems,instead of watching movie,we proceded to mcD,finished up kebab and off we went home.dah lotih sebenarnya.hiks.dengan tak cukup tidonya last nite,arini pulak berjalan sana sini,mmg all of us were exhausted.so there goes my saturday..

owh i have an interesting story to tell.last thursday,i was supposed to go to holles st maternity hospital for the 2 hours lecture on postnatal care(mother and neonates)postnatal care is the care taken or procedures done just after delivery.neonates is the newborns from day one to one month old.the 1st hour is about postnatal care of the mother and the second hour dealt with neonates.our prof(the scariest prof who scolded students who eat and drink in class,not even plain water from your own tumbler or water bottle!) actually showed us fresh placenta(in malay we called it 'uri').according to him,it was delivered early that morning.the class reaction was eeeuuwww...errgghhh...eee......grosss.....hahaha..hahah.i still remember,when i was young,when my sister gave birth,my mum was the one who cleaned,wrapped it up and buried them.i was asking my mum to have a look at it but it was a big no-no for a child to see it.ntah kenapa i pun tatau.but today,huuu..dh tgok pun and i'll be seeing it again nxt yr when i have to deliver babies in my obs and gynae rotation.it looks like a fresh meat with very red coloration and it smells.that's how i see it.hehe.cool huh.med students lain maybe dah tgok berpuluh-puluh,but as a first timer,it's erm.....pelik.hihi

for your information,i'm going to start clinical attachment this monday for 3 weeks at mater hosp before continue with surgery at st vincent's hospital for another 3 weeks and lastly to the yet unknown peripheral hospital for the final 3 weeks.wish me luck peeps.i've no idea nor expectation how is it going to be like but i do hope it's a pleasant experience and fun?...at least useful in my future career.
